I'm so excited to send your package to you! 

Originals and prints come with free postage and packing. 

Once your order arrives, I will be busy signing and varnishing your original, or arranging your print to be processed, before being packed up and sent to you. 

Original pieces are packed in tissue paper, honeycomb paper (the recyclable version of bubble-wrap) and then placed in a protective rigid cardboard shipping box for secure transport. 

Alternatively, if you ordered a print, depending on the size you ordered, it will arrive in a flat rigid protective cardboard sleeve, or rolled in a robust cardboard tube.

My aim is that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, I'm gutted! Email me on melanie@melanierelf.com in the first instance and let me see if I can help. 

In the meantime, please see the policies below on returns, refunds or damaged items. 

Returns & Refunds

You have up to 30 days after receiving your artwork to request a return at melanie@melanierelf.com. Make sure the item is in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your return is eligible, you'll be sent a label with the return shipping address by email, however do note that the cost of return and insurance will be your responsibility. 

There's a 20% restocking fee for any returned prints, as I don't keep prints in stock. 

Unfortunately I am unable to accept returns on sale or discounted items, or on custom items such as commissions.  

Refunds can take up to 21 business days to appear, and will be issued back to the original payment method. 

Damaged items

If your item arrives in less than pristine condition, please accept my apologies in the first instance. Email me at melanie@melanierelf.com immediately with photos of the damaged item and the packaging so I can make plans to resolve this.
